Welcome to the Alinas shop. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).
Alinas respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals.
Changes to our terms and conditions
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
Netherlands: € 7,50,-
Europe: € 15,-
Rest of the world: € 25,-
All deliveries are made with delivery company DHL, UPS or PostNL in the Netherlands. The orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands to your delivery address.
Notice that orders which are placed on Friday , Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning and you will receive it on Thursday.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
The Netherlands: Next working day
Europe: 1-5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.
Other Countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside Europe orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 10 days before the parcel gets to you.
Alinas shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.
Alinas is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks are assumed by the courier.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Alinas allows returns and exchanges up to 30 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Original invoice must be provided with any return. Return and Exchange shipping need be paid by customer.
A full refund will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. If Alinas determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
